I have been 52 years in the making. I have struggled my entire life with a mind full of racing thoughts, anxiety and depression. In Nov 2019, I decided I had had enough of the craziness going on in my mind. After a few months of research and feeling like the infamous "I lost myself", what I learned and realized was, I did not even know who I actually was. When the pandemic began, so did the quest to find myself... During the last few months with some twists and turns, ups and downs, I realized many things from my childhood were not only hiding in my mind but my heart. Identifying and learning how to release what I was not only holding onto but what has been holding me back in life, (most of which I never realized was an issue) has been freeing! My mind is free. My heart is free. I AM FREE!
